Every Pump at Dispense Applications has the following replaced:
- All surfaces (PTFE) in contact with your process (complete chemical path)
- Virgin PTFE (As OEM)
- UHP PTFE Tubing
- Diaphragms
- All Seals and O-Rings (both Pneumatic and Chemical)
- PTFE Fittings
- Hydraulic Drive Motor
- Same as OEM (OEM is not a mandatory replacement)
- High viscosity fluids tend to weaken pump
- Calibration for Dispense Quantity
- Hydraulic Fluid (and calibration of the chamber)
- All other components are verified for Functionality, Accuracy, and Repeatability
- Replaced as required
